– The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and scaling creative and production teams, including:

+ Creative Directors (CDs)

+ Creative Performance Strategists (CPS)

+ Creator Partnership Coordinators (CPCs)

+ Video Editors (VEs)

+ Operations and Production roles

+ Occasionally—AI, content, and marketing roles

This is not a corporate HR role. This is hands-on talent acquisition, with ownership over hiring funnels, interviews, hiring systems, and team growth.

– What You’ll Do

  • Own recruitment pipelines from sourcing to final offer
  • Build role scorecards, interview scripts, and hiring benchmarks
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess skill, mindset, and fit
  • Manage job postings and inbound candidate screening
  • Proactively source creative talent globally
  • Develop partnerships with creative communities and hiring platforms
  • Organize hiring sprints for priority roles
  • Build and maintain a talent bench for fast hiring
  • Collaborate with Operations & Leadership to forecast hiring needs
  • Improve hiring processes, tracking, and reporting
  • Represent ContentJet’s culture and attract A-players

– Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Background in creative agencies, startups, or production teams preferred
  • You know how to find top creative talent fast
  • Strong interviewer—great at reading people and asking smart questions
  • High energy, great communication, confident personality
  • Organized and process-driven—you don’t drop balls
  • Understands how to screen for writing, strategy, and communication skills
  • Experience hiring remote/global teams is a big plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English (bonus: French or Spanish)

– Base Salary:

  • $24,000–$30,000 USD/year
  • Performance Bonuses (per hire + quarterly bonuses)
